3 + team win Rare Strength Awards
To mark Rare Disease Day, Sobi today announced the winners of the annual Sobi Rare Strength Awards – Melissa Polvi, Yun Jiang and Isabelle van der Dussen – as well as the first team award, which went to the Middle East Regulatory and Patient Access Team.
The Sobi Rare Strength Awards were instituted in 2020 to recognise Sobi employees who are true role models, who embody the Sobi values and the rare strength we bring to the rare disease space.
This year we received a record 40 individual nominations this year. Congratulations to the winners, and all the nominees.

• Melissa Polvi, Field Reimbursement Senior Manager (FRSM) for ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, CO, UT, AZ, NV, Sobi North America
• Isabelle van der Dussen, Patient Access Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg
• Middle East Regulatory and Patient Access Team headed by Ebrahim Al-Hagiri.
