On 26 June 2012 Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) issued a 5-year senior unsecured bond loan in the total amount of SEK 600 million. Sobi has applied for a listing of the bond loan on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond loan and prepared a prospectus.
The prospectus has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and the bond loan is expected to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on 16 November 2012.
